You may also be aware that you can apply for a Bunker Convention Blue Card and\/or a Wreck Removal Convention Blue Card from MMIA and use these Blue Cards to exchange for a Bunker \/ Wreck Removal Convention Certificate from a signatory flag state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px; text-align: justify;\">Effective from 1st October 2020, following Japan\u2019s accession to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 (\u201cBunker Convention\u201d) and the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007 (\u201cWreck Removal Convention\u201c), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan has amended its laws on Liability for Oil Pollution Damage and Removal of Wrecks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Japan Signs Up to Bunker and Wreck Removal Conventions.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\"><strong>\u71c3\u6cb9\u548c\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u516c\u7ea6\u6b63\u5f0f\u5bf9\u65e5\u672c\u751f\u6548<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f1a\u5458\u5e94\u8be5\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5428\u4f4d\u8d85\u8fc7100GT\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u8239\u53ea\u5728\u8fdb\u5165\u6216\u79bb\u5f00\u65e5\u672c\u6c34\u57df\u53ca\u5176\u4e13\u5c5e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a(EEZ)\u65f6\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u505a\u6cd5\u662f\u7528\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u5165\u5883\u8bc1\u4e66\u7533\u8bf7MLIT\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u4f1a\u5458\u8fd8\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5411\u534f\u4f1a\u7533\u8bf7\u71c3\u6cb9\u516c\u7ea6\u84dd\u5361\u548c\/\u6216\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u516c\u7ea6\u84dd\u5361\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u84dd\u5361\u4ece\u8239\u65d7\u56fd\u6362\u53d6\u71c3\u6cb9\/\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u516c\u7ea6\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ece2020\u5e7410\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u300a2001\u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u71c3\u6cb9\u6c61\u67d3\u635f\u5bb3\u6c11\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u71c3\u6cb9\u516c\u7ea6\u201d\uff09\u548c\u300a2007\u5e74\u5185\u7f57\u6bd5\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u7ea6\u300b(\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u516c\u7ea6\u201d)\u6b63\u5f0f\u5bf9\u65e5\u672c\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u56fd\u571f\u4ea4\u901a\u7701\uff08MLIT\uff09\u4fee\u8ba2\u4e86\u5176\u5173\u4e8e\u6cb9\u6c61\u635f\u5bb3\u8d23\u4efb\u548c\u6c89\u8239\u6b8b\u9ab8\u6e05\u9664\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN You may be aware that for foreign flagged vessels 100 GT and above entering or leaving Japanese waters and its Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), the current practice is to apply for a MLIT Certificate using MMIA\u2019s Certificate of Entry (COE).
