The club\u2019s bulletin also highlights the challenges that the industry is facing in regard to the compilation of the inventory of hazardous materials (IHM) due to the unforeseeable impact of pandemic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 20 October 2020 the European Commission (EC) has issued guidelines on the enforcement of obligations under the EU Ship Recycling Regulation relating to the Inventory of Hazardous Materials of vessels operating in European waters (2020\/C 349\/01) acknowledging reports from industry stakeholders that COVID-19 restrictions have led to significant difficulties in surveying ships and producing certified IHMs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: European Commission (EC) Urges PSC Leniency on IHM Compliance.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\"><strong>\u6b27\u76df\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08\u6b27\u76df\uff09\u4e3b\u5f20\u653e\u5bbdIHM\u5408\u89c4\u6027<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2020\u5e7412\u670831\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6302\u9760\u6b27\u76df\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u6b27\u76df\u5404\u56fd\u8239\u65d7\u53ca\u975e\u6b27\u76df\u56fd\u8239\u65d7\u7684\u8239\u53ea\u987b\u5728\u8239\u643a\u5e26\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u201c\u8239\u8236\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u6e05\u5355\u201d\uff08\u7b80\u79f0IHM\uff09\u3002\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u516c\u544a\u8fd8\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u7531\u4e8e\u75ab\u60c5\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u671f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0cIHM\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u6267\u884c\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u5de8\u5927\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2020\u5e7410\u670820\u65e5\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u8425\u8fd0\u81f3\u6b27\u6d32\u6c34\u57df\u7684\u8239\u53ea\u5c65\u884c\u300a\u6b27\u76df\u62c6\u8239\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\u4e0bIHM\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u8ba4\u884c\u4e1a\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u7684\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u5373COVID-19\u75ab\u60c5\u5df2\u5bfc\u81f4\u8239\u8236\u68c0\u9a8c\u548c\u7f16\u5236\u8ba4\u8bc1IHM\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u56f0\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN As mentioned in the club\u2019s bulletin on ship recycling, from 31 December 2020, all EU flag and non-EU flag ships calling at EU ports and anchorages are required to have a certified IHM on board.
