Accordingly, Skuld wishes to\u202fdirect members&#8217; attention to these issues and guide members as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Any master whose vessel is due to call\u202fat the port\u202fof\u202fDakar port must be well informed about the current\u202fsituation.
