At Annex A OFAC states that it expects Ship Owners, Operators and Charterers to consider adopting \u201c\u2026contractual language with clients, in the form of an \u201cAIS switch-off\u201d clause, allowing ship owners, charterers and operators to terminate work with any clients that demonstrate a pattern of multiple instances of AIS manipulation that is inconsistent with SOLAS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please see attached file for details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 18.6667px;\">BIMCO\u53d1\u5e03\u201cAIS\u5173\u95ed\u6761\u6b3e\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">BIMCO\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u7684\u79df\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u201c\u8239\u8236\u81ea\u52a8\u8bc6\u522b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08AIS\uff09\u5173\u95ed\u6761\u6b3e\u201d\uff0c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u6ee1\u8db3\u7f8e\u56fd\u5916\u56fd\u8d44\u4ea7\u63a7\u5236\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08OFAC\uff09\u5728\u51762020\u5e745\u6708\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u201c\u5bf9\u6d77\u8fd0\u4e1a\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u4e1a\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u7fa4\u4f53\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u516c\u544a\u201d\u6240\u8bbe\u5b9a\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002OFAC\u5728\u9644\u4ef6A\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u8239\u4e1c\u3001\u8fd0\u8425\u4eba\u4ee5\u53ca\u79df\u5bb6\u91c7\u7528\u201c\u4ee5\u2018AIS \u5173\u95ed\u2019\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u8239\u4e1c\u3001\u79df\u5bb6\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u4eba\u7ec8\u6b62\u4e0e\u4efb\u4f55\u8fdd\u53cd\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e0a\u4eba\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08SOLAS\u516c\u7ea6\uff09AIS \u64cd\u7eb5\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\u201d\u6765\u62df\u5b9a\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN BIMCO has published an \u201cAIS Switch-Off Clause\u201d for inclusion in time and voyage charter parties, the purpose of which is in part to address certain expectations that OFAC set out in its \u201cSanctions Advisory for the Maritime Industry, Energy and Metals Sectors, and Related Communities\u201d published in May 2020.
