The SCMA has strived to respond to the needs to the industry by offering a panel of arbitrators with diverse commercial, technical, and legal backgrounds and ethnicities and including a significant number of women. The SCMA has now launched the 4th edition of the SCMA Rules which will apply in the new year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please see attached file for details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 18.6667px;\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u4fee\u6539\u5176\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u4f7f\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ef2\u88c1\u66f4\u65b9\u4fbf\u6613\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\uff08SCMA\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u4e3a\u6d77\u4e8b\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u754c\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u89e3\u51b3\u67b6\u6784\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u3002\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u6ee1\u8db3\u884c\u4e1a\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u6280\u672f\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u79cd\u65cf\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u5c0f\u7ec4\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u76f8\u5f53\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u5973\u6027\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u3002 \u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u73b0\u5df2\u63a8\u51fa\u7b2c\u56db\u7248\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\uff08SCMA\u89c4\u5219\uff09\uff0c\u6b64\u65b0\u7248\u89c4\u5219\u5c06\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN The Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) is an independent arbitration institution with a dispute resolution framework for maritime and international trade.
