Members and assured with vessels calling at ports in Ukraine should ensure that no sanctioned individuals or entities are involved. The lists of parties sanctioned by the EU and US have been steadily expanding and it is essential to check the latest lists (see Links: <a href=\"https:\/\/sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov\/\">https:\/\/sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 15 March, the EU imposed a fourth package of sanctions.<\/p>\n<p>Council Regulation (EU) 2022\/428 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2022\/430 introducing a ban on new investments in the Russian energy sector as well as introducing a comprehensive export restriction on equipment, technology and services for the energy industry; a prohibition on providing credit rating services to any Russian person or entity; trade restrictions for Russian iron, steel and luxury goods; a prohibition on transactions with certain state-owned companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please see attached file for details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 18.6667px;\">\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5236\u88c1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b27\u76df\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u5c06\u5236\u88c1\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u653f\u6cbb\u5371\u673a\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u4f1a\u5458\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u6709\u5728\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6e2f\u53e3\u505c\u9760\u7684\u8239\u8236\u5e94\u786e\u4fdd\u4e0d\u6d89\u53ca\u53d7\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u6216\u5b9e\u4f53\u3002\u53d7\u6b27\u76df\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u540d\u5355\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u9010\u6b65\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u5f88\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u68c0\u67e5\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u540d\u5355(\u5177\u4f53\u89c1\u94fe\u63a5\uff1a<a href=\"https:\/\/sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov\/\">https:\/\/sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov\/<\/a>)\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">3\u670815\u65e5\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u5bf9\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e86\u7b2c\u56db\u8f6e\u5236\u88c1\u63aa\u65bd\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u65b0\u7684Council Regulation (EU) 2022\/428\u548cCouncil Decision (CFSP) 2022\/430\u6761\u4f8b\u7981\u6b62\u5411\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u95e8\u8fdb\u884c\u65b0\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u80fd\u6e90\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u6280\u672f\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u5b9e\u65bd\u5168\u9762\u51fa\u53e3\u9650\u5236; \u7981\u6b62\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4e2a\u4eba\u6216\u5b9e\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc4\u7ea7\u670d\u52a1; \u5bf9\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u94a2\u94c1\u548c\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u8d38\u6613\u9650\u5236; \u7981\u6b62\u4e0e\u67d0\u4e9b\u56fd\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN The European Union and United States have adopted sanctions as a central part of their response to the political crisis in Ukraine.
