However, for the first year of implementation (2022), a transition between their old and new AGM program policy will be in place. For example, a vessel that received its AGM certificate when the old risk periods were in place (2021 SRP) will not be penalised if it has not returned to one of the regulated areas in the year that the new risk periods came into force (2022 SRP).<\/span><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please see attached file for details.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 18.6667px;\">\u63a7\u5236\u4e9a\u6d32\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\u98ce\u9669 \u2013 \u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u7279\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u671f\u7684\u66f4\u6539<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ece2022\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5bf9\u4e9a\u6d32\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0AGM\uff09\u76d1\u7ba1\u533a\u57df\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u67d0\u4e9b\u6e2f\u53e3\u505c\u9760\u7684\u8239\u8236\u6240\u6301AGM\u8bc1\u4e66\u8ba4\u5b9a\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u671f\u6709\u6240\u5ef6\u957f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u653f\u7b56\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u5373\u57282022\u5e74\u5c06\u5bf9\u65b0\u65e7\u653f\u7b56\u8fdb\u884c\u8fc7\u6e21\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6301\u6709\u5728\u65e7\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u671f(2021 SRP) \u751f\u6548\u7684AGM\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u98ce\u9669\u671f\u751f\u6548\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u5e74(2022 SRP)\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u8fd4\u56de\u5176\u4e2d\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u5219\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5904\u7f5a\u3002<\/span><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN Beginning in 2022, the US and Canada have implemented changes to their policies on AGM regulated areas, which means that the time period where AGM certification is required for vessels that have called on certain ports in Japan and Russia has been increased\/lengthened.
