The application of the EU ETS to shipping is still under discussion but expected to take effect from either 1 January 2023 or 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Further to our update of 31 May 2022, BIMCO\u2019s Emission Trading Scheme Allowances Clause for Time Charter Parties 2022 has been published (the ETSA Clause).
