The Limitations of the Flow Table Test<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">When carrying cargoes that may liquefy, the vessel\u2019s owner and crew rely on the accurate testing for the cargo\u2019s flow characteristics. This raises the question: are all tests equal? The problems associated with the liquefaction and dynamic separation of cargoes such as nickel ore, iron ore fines and bauxite are well documented.
