The 3-degree rule: Ventilate a hygroscopic cargo if the temperature of the outside air is at least 3\u00b0C below that of the cargo temperature (taken at loading).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">2. The dew point rule: Ventilate when the dew point of the outside air is lower than the dew point of the air in the hold.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Please see attached file for details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 18.6667px;\">\u5f53\u5fc3\u79df\u5bb6\u5bf9\u5438\u6e7f\u6027\u8d27\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u901a\u98ce\u7684\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u636e\u6089\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u79df\u5bb6\u5bf9\u5728\u822a\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e3a\u5438\u6e7f\u6027\u8d27\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u901a\u98ce\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e0e\u5e38\u89c4\u505a\u6cd5\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u8fd9\u63d0\u9192\u5404\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u8bfb\u53d6\u8d27\u8231\u7a7a\u6c14\u6307\u6807\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u6d77\u5458\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u8239\u8231\u901a\u98ce\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. \u4e09\u5ea6\u6cd5\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5916\u90e8\u7a7a\u6c14\u6e29\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8d27\u7269\u6e29\u5ea6\uff08\u88c5\u8d27\u65f6\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\uff09\u4f4e 3\u00b0C \u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e94\u4e3a\u5438\u6e7f\u6027\u8d27\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u901a\u98ce\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. \u9732\u70b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u5f53\u5916\u754c\u7a7a\u6c14\u7684\u9732\u70b9\u4f4e\u4e8e\u8231\u5185\u7a7a\u6c14\u9732\u70b9\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u8fdb\u884c\u901a\u98ce\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN Reports of some charterers making unusual requests on the ventilation of hygroscopic cargoes on passage highlight the need for all parties to be aware of the risks involved in taking readings of cargo hold atmospheres.
