Meanwhile, iron ore fine is acknowledged with possibility of liquefied according to the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code (IMSBC Code).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The IMSBC Code states the responsibility of the Shippers as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Provide the master \/ his representative sufficient information prior loading for proper stowage &amp; safe carriage<\/li>\n<li>Written cargo information, appropriate shipping documents, cargo moisture content and transportable moisture limit (TML) certificates in case of concentrate or cargo which may liquefy are available prior loading<\/li>\n<li>Provide a signed certificate of the TML &amp; a signed certificate \/ declaration of the moisture content for shipment of concentrate \/ or cargo which may liquefy. The TML certificate shall contain \/ be accompanied by test result for determining TML<\/li>\n<li>Moisture content sampling &amp; testing shall be conducted as near as practicable. Check tests should be carried out less than 7 days before loading if there is significant rain \/ snow between testing &amp; loading to make sure the moisture content is less than its TML<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Club&#8217;s recommendations for members:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inform the Club with the loading of iron ore fines from India to have the surveyors attended in checking the information provided by the shippers &amp; provide the necessary support to the master<\/li>\n<li>Surveys should be carried out in accordance with IMSBC code&#8217;s provisions<\/li>\n<li>Identify from the stockpile as which cargo is to be taken by contacting &amp; liaising with shippers to ensure cargo is sampled correctly according to Sampling Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Own samples testing in an independent laboratory<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the independent laboratory conducts its test in accordance with Appendix 2 of the IMSBC Code<\/li>\n<li>Compare shippers&#8217; certificate with own test results<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the weather conditions &amp; decide weather check test (IMSBC code 4.5.2)<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the loaded cargo does not originated from the designated &amp; tested stockpiles by monitoring the stockpiles<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting to the master by assisting &amp; advising the master<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u88c5\u8f7d\u95ee\u9898\u2014\u2014\u5370\u5ea6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u8ddf\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u8d38\u6613\u6301\u7eed\u5347\u6e29\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5728\u4ee5\u5f80\u7684\u9632\u635f\u516c\u544a546-10\/07\uff0c647-7\/09\u548c660-10\/09\u66fe\u544a\u8beb\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u6e2f\u53e3\u88c5\u8239\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u6709\u5173\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u5df2\u6709\u4e24\u8258\u8239\u8236\u5728\u88c5\u8f7d\u5370\u5ea6\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u540e\u503e\u8986\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u62a5\u544a\u3002\u4e3a\u786e\u4fdd\u4f1a\u5458\u5728\u88c5\u8f7d\u6b64\u79cd\u8d27\u7269\u65f6\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u4f1a\u5458\u5e94\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u8d27\u7269\u88c5\u8239\uff0c\u9047\u5230\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\u5c31\u5f88\u96be\u628a\u8d27\u7269\u4ece\u8239\u8236\u5378\u4e0b\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u8fd0\u56fa\u4f53\u6563\u8d27\u5b89\u5168\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u73b0\u6709\u76842004\u5e74\u7248\u300a\u6563\u88c5\u56fa\u4f53\u8d27\u7269\u5b89\u5168\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff08\u7b80\u79f0&#8221;BC\u89c4\u5219&#8221;\uff09\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u672a\u628a\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u5217\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u662f\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u53ef\u6db2\u5316\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u60c5\u51b5\u65e2\u7136\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4f59\u4e0b\u7684\u516c\u544a\u5c06\u4f1a\u53c2\u8003\u5e76\u5f15\u7528\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff0c\u4f46\u4f1a\u5458\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u5728\u76ee\u7684\u548c\u610f\u56fe\u4e0a\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u4e0eBC\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u76f8\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a:<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; \u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u7684\u8d23\u4efb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u5168\u88c5\u8fd0\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u4e25\u683c\u68c0\u9a8c\u4e14\u4fdd\u8bc1\u8d27\u7269\u9002\u5408\u88c5\u8239\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u88c5\u8239\u524d\u5145\u5206\u5730\u5411\u8239\u957f\/\u5176\u4ee3\u8868\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u9002\u5f53\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u91c7\u53d6\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d27\u7269\u9002\u5f53\u8d2e\u85cf\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u88c5\u8fd0\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8d27\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u88c5\u8239\u524d\u4ee5\u4e66\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u8fd0\u8f93\u5355\u636e\u52a0\u4ee5\u786e\u8ba4\u3002\u8d27\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u5e94\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5728\u6d53\u7f29\u6216\u53ef\u6db2\u5316\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5e94\u4ee5\u8d27\u7269\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u53ca\u5176\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cf\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\u989d\u5916\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u88c5\u8fd0\u6d53\u7f29\u7269\u6216\u8005\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u6db2\u5316\u8d27\u7269\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u8239\u957f\/\u5176\u4ee3\u8868\u63d0\u4f9b\u5df2\u7b7e\u540d\u7684\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cf\uff08TML\uff09\u8bc1\u660e\uff08\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec\u6216\u9644\u6709\u786e\u5b9a\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cf\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u5173\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u7684\u7b7e\u5b57\u8bc1\u660e\u6216\u58f0\u660e\uff08\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec\u6216\u9644\u6709\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u5bf9\u8d27\u7269\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u58f0\u660e\u5c31\u4ed6\u6240\u77e5\u6240\u4fe1\uff0c\u8be5\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u662f\u5411\u8239\u957f\u63d0\u4ea4\u58f0\u660e\u65f6\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u5e73\u5747\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\uff09\u5404\u4e00\u4efd\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5e94\u5728\u5c3d\u91cf\u9760\u8fd1\u88c5\u8239\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5bf9\u8d27\u7269\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u8fdb\u884c\u53d6\u6837\u548c\u68c0\u9a8c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5728\u68c0\u9a8c\u540e\u88c5\u8239\u524d\u51fa\u73b0\u5927\u96e8\u6216\u5927\u96ea\u5929\u6c14\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u518d\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\u68c0\u9a8c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u4ecd\u7136\u4f4e\u4e8e\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cf\u3002\u53d6\u6837\/\u68c0\u9a8c\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0e\u88c5\u8239\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u95f4\u9694\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e03\u5929\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7ed9\u4f1a\u5458\u7684\u5efa\u8bae<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u65e0\u8bba\u5728\u4ec0\u4e48\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u5f53\u8981\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u6e2f\u53e3\u88c5\u8fd0\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u8d27\u7269\u65f6\u8981\u901a\u77e5\u534f\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u524d\u5b89\u6392\u9a8c\u8239\u5e08\u6309\u8981\u6c42\u6838\u5bf9\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u534f\u52a9\u8239\u957f\u3002\u4f1a\u5458\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u4fdd\u5176\u8239\u957f\u719f\u6089\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u4e14\u53c2\u8003\u534f\u4f1a\u4ee5\u5f80\u5173\u4e8e\u8be5\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u9632\u635f\u516c\u544a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8239\u957f\u5bf9\u8d27\u7269\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c&#8221;\u5706\u76d2\u6d4b\u8bd5&#8221;\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8239\u957f\u5fc5\u987b\u6e05\u695a\u77e5\u9053\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u9a8c\u8239\u5e08\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8bf4\u660e\u6307\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u534f\u4f1a\u7ed9\u9a8c\u8239\u5e08\u7684\u6307\u793a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u63d0\u9192\u83b7\u5f97\u6307\u793a\u7684\u9a8c\u8239\u5e08\u6240\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u68c0\u9a8c\u5de5\u4f5c\u7686\u4f9d\u7167\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u63a5\u89e6\u548c\u8054\u7edc\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u53d6\u51fa\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u5e93\u5b58\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u53d6\u6837\u6b63\u786e\u3002\u9a8c\u8239\u5e08\u8981\u7279\u522b\u6ce8\u610f\u300a\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b4.4 \u6761&#8221;\u53d6\u6837\u7a0b\u5e8f&#8221;
