The New Annex of International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973 (MARPOL) Coming in Force <\/span><\/p>\n

We would like to draw your attention that the new amendments, Annex VI, of International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973 (MARPOL) concerning the prevention of air pollution from ships will come into force on 1st July 2010.<\/p>\n

This new amendments, adopted through the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC), stipulate that the sulphur content of any fuel used in the Baltic and North Sea Emission Control Areas (ECA\u2019s) shall not exceed 1.00%. These amendments are the latest in a line of reductions with the next reduction to 0.1% set for 2015.<\/p>\n

We do suggest all our Members confirm that the vessel have sufficient and qualified fuel available if the vessel planning to voyage in Baltic and North Sea areas. Please also suggest that your crew shall be fully trained and familiar with all relevant change-over procedures.<\/p>\n

\u91c7\u7528MARPOL\u516c\u7ea6\u9644\u5219\u516d\u4fee\u8ba2\u6848 – \u5317\u6d77\/\u6ce2\u7f57\u7684\u6d77<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u300a1973 \u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u9632\u6b62\u8239\u8236\u9020\u6210\u6c61\u67d3\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u65b0\u4fee\u8ba2\u5c07\u751f\u6548<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u9192\u5404\u4f4d\u4f1a\u5458\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u300a1973\u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u9632\u6b62\u8239\u8236\u9020\u6210\u6c61\u67d3\u516c\u7ea6\u300b(“\u516c\u7ea6”)\u9644\u4ef6\u516d\u5173\u4e8e\u9632\u6b62\u8239\u8236\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\u5c06\u4f1a\u57282010 \u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u662f\u6b21\u5bf9\u516c\u7ea6\u4fee\u8ba2\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u6d77\u4e0a\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(MEPC)\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\u4e0e\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u65b0\u4fee\u8ba2\u7684\u516c\u7ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5728\u6ce2\u7f57\u7684\u6d77\u53ca\u5317\u6d77\u5730\u533a\u5185\u7684\u71c3\u6599\u786b\u78fa\u6392\u653e\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u533a\u5185\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u71c3\u6599\u786b\u78fa\u6392\u653e\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc71.00%\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u4fee\u8ba2\u662f\u964d\u4f4e\u786b\u78fa\u6392\u653e\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u800c\u8be5\u4fee\u8ba2\u5e76\u9884\u5b9a\u65bc2015\u5e74\u5c06\u786b\u78fa\u542b\u91cf\u6392\u653e\u542b\u91cf\u964d\u81f30.1%\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
