\u901a\u8fc7\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u9898\u89e3\u7b54\u300b\uff08FAQs\uff09\uff0c\u4f1a\u5458\u5e94\u8be5\u5df2\u7ecf\u77e5\u6089\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u6b27\u76df\u7981\u4ee4\u4e8e2012\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u5bf9\u539f\u4ea7\u4e8e\u4f0a\u6717\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u548c\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u4fdd\u8d54\u4fdd\u9669\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u671f\u95f4\u5a92\u4f53\u4e2d\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u63a8\u6d4b\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6b27\u76df\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5ef6\u671f\u5b9e\u884c\u7981\u4ee4\u3002\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4e8e6\u670825\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u65b0\u95fb\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u4ece2012\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u7981\u6b62\u4e3a\u5c65\u884c2012\u5e741\u670823\u65e5\u524d\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u5408\u540c\u800c\u8fdb\u53e3\u548c\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u4f0a\u6717\u539f\u6cb9\uff0c\u5b89\u6392P&I\u8d23\u4efb\u4fdd\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8d38\u6613\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u7981\u4ee4<\/strong>
\u6839\u636e\u6761\u4f8b\u7b2c11\u67611(d)\u548c\u7b2c12\u6761(2)\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5c06\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u4f1a\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fd0\u8f93\u539f\u4ea7\u4e8e\u4f0a\u6717\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u6216\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u822a\u6b21\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u662f\u5426\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5883\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n

\u71c3\u6cb9<\/strong>
\u6b63\u5982\u300a\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u9898\u89e3\u7b54\u300b(FAQs)\u4e2d\u6240\u6307\u51fa\u7684\uff0c\u7981\u4ee4\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u8fd0\u8f93\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u548c\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u52a0\u8f7d\u4f0a\u6717\u71c3\u6cb9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u6cb9\u8f6e\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8239\u8236\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u8d38\u6613\u6216\u4fdd\u9669\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n

Iran Sanctions – EU prohibitions with effect from 1 July 2012<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Members have previously been informed through FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) prepared by the International Group of the impact of the prohibitions on trading with cargoes of crude oil and petroleum products originating from Iran and on associated P&I cover once the prohibitions become effective on 1 July 2012. Whilst there has been some speculation in the media of a possible deferral of the implementation date for the prohibitions, the Council of the European Union issued a press release on 25 June confirming that the exemptions relating to pre-23 January 2012 contracts for importing and transporting Iranian oil and the provision of P&I insurance cover for the transport of Iranian oil by EU regulated insurers will cease and such activities will be prohibited (as provided for under the Regulation) with effect from 1 July 2012.<\/p>\n

Trade and insurance prohibition<\/strong>
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 11 1 (d) and 12 (2) of the Regulation, the Association will be prohibited from providing cover to any member\/s in respect of voyages transporting crude oil or petroleum products if they originate in Iran regardless of whether the final destination of the cargo is within or outside of the EU.<\/p>\n

Bunkers<\/strong>
As stated in the FAQs, the prohibitions will apply not only to the carriage of crude oil and petroleum products as cargo but also to bunker stems of Iranian origin. Consequently it is not just tankers but potentially all vessel types which may be subject to trading or insurance cover prohibitions.<\/p>\n
