\u636e\u300a\u9632\u6b62\u8239\u8236\u6c61\u67d3\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08MARPOL\uff09\u9644\u5219V\u4e4b\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5783\u573e\u5305\u62ec\u8d27\u7269\u6b8b\u4f59\u53ca\u6d17\u8231\u5e9f\u6c34\u3002\u6709\u9274\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u6b64\u7c7b\u5783\u573e\u5e94\u4f9d\u300a\u8239\u8236\u5783\u573e\u7ba1\u7406\u8ba1\u5212\u300b\u4e4b\u89c4\u5b9a\u8fdb\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002MARPOL \u9644\u5219V \u4e4b\u65b0\u4fee\u8ba2\u81ea2013\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u5c31MARPOL\u9644\u5219V\u7b2c1.2 \u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u6b8b\u4f59\uff0c\u5982\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e3a”\u6709\u5bb3” \uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u7981\u6b62\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u6d77\u6d0b\u6392\u653e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u6e05\u9664\u5783\u573e\u540e\u8868\u9762\u8986\u76d6\u7684\u5c18\u7070\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6e05\u9664\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86”\u6709\u5bb3” \u6e05\u6d01\u5242\u6216\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u3002<\/p>\n

Control of Bulk Cargo Residues<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Under the revised MARPOL Annex V regulations cargo residues, including cargo hold wash water, are included under the definition of Garbage in MARPOL Annex V. As such, they must therefore be managed and recorded as part of the Garbage Management Plan. The new revisions of Annex V entered into force on the 1st January 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any cargo residue, as defined by Annex V Regulation 1.2, is not permitted to be discharged into the marine environment if it is classed as “harmful” . This does not include dust from surface areas after sweeping unless “harmful” detergents or additives are used.<\/p>\n
