However in modern times there are many different practices where goods are delivered to the possession of the carrier at an earlier or later stage, and there are different contractual terms providing for the carrier&#8217;s obligations. It is not uncommon in many liner trades for goods to be delivered by the shipper to the carrier before the ship&#8217;s rail or even before the ship has arrived at the loading port. On the other hand there could be situations a shipper may be obligated to load and stow the goods into the ship. Every situation may be different.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: ALCO20130011 Carrier&#8217;s liability.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #022469;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u8d23\u4efb<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u6211\u53f8\u6536\u5230\u4e0d\u5c11\u6709\u5173\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u8d23\u4efb\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u8be2\u95ee\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u6742\u8d27\u548c\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u4e2d\u901a\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u7684FIOS\u6761\u6b3e\u548c&#8221;\u73ed\u8f6e&#8221; \u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u88c5\u8d27:<br \/>\u822a\u8fd0\u4f20\u7edf\u4e0a\uff0c\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u662f\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u5230\u8239\u8fb9\uff0c\u5e76\u540a\u8d77\u8d27\u7269\u81f3\u8239\u8237\uff0c \u8239\u4e1c\u5219\u5728\u8239\u8237\u63a5\u6536\u5e76\u88c5\u8f7d\u8d27\u7269\u3002\u4f46\u73b0\u5982\u4eca\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u8d27\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8d8a\u8fc7\u8239\u8237\u4e4b\u524d\u6216\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u67d0\u4e2a\u65f6\u95f4\u70b9\u4ea4\u7531\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u76f8\u5e94\u4e0d\u540c\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u4f1a\u89c4\u5b9a\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u73ed\u8f6e\u8fd0\u8f93\u4e2d\uff0c\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u5728\u8d27\u5230\u8239\u8237\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u8239\u8236\u5230\u6e2f\u4e4b\u524d\u5c31\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u5f88\u5e38\u89c1\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u7531\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u8d1f\u8d23\u88c5\u8d27\u548c\u79ef\u8f7d\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u6bcf\u6b21\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u5c3d\u76f8\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN We have recently received several queries on the scope and period of carrier&#8217;s liability to general cargo and steel cargoes where terms such as FIOS and &#8216;Liner&#8217; terms are commonly used.
