On account of the vessel&#8217;s size constraints, many of these vessels are rebuilt and lengthened at a repair yard in China after purchase.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that many shipowners and their insurance brokers do not disclose the information to the insurers the vessels are reconstructed and or lengthened. We also understand that this information is not advised to the insurers to avoid the insurers declining to quote.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very dangerous and irresponsible practice and we have no hesitation in saying will result in no coverage for the vessel.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: ALCO20130018 Non disclosure.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #022469;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u672a\u5c3d\u62ab\u9732\u4e49\u52a1<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u8239\u4e1c\u7684\u5c0f\u8239\u539f\u672c\u662f\u4e3a\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u6d77\u57df\u8fdb\u884c\u56fd\u5185\u8d38\u6613\u800c\u5efa\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8239\u90fd\u672a\u83b7\u5f97\u56fd\u9645\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u7684\u8239\u7ea7\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8239\u578b\u592a\u5c0f\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u4e70\u4e0b\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8239\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4fee\u8239\u5382\u8fdb\u884c\u6539\u5efa\u548c\u52a0\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u77e5\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u544a\u77e5\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u8239\u8236\u5df2\u88ab\u6539\u5efa\u548c\/\u6216\u52a0\u957f\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u800c\u4e0d\u544a\u77e5\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4fe1\u606f\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u62d2\u7edd\u62a5\u4ef7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u5f88\u5371\u9669\u800c\u4e14\u975e\u5e38\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u6beb\u65e0\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u8239\u8236\u4fdd\u9669\u5931\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN There are many shipowners of small non IACS classed vessels which were built to trade domestically in Japan waters.
