{"id":9851,"date":"2013-06-14T02:57:52","date_gmt":"2013-06-14T02:57:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.14\/index.php\/2013\/06\/14\/how-sanction-influence-insurance-covers\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T01:21:37","modified_gmt":"2025-08-31T17:21:37","slug":"how-sanction-influence-insurance-covers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/zh\/how-sanction-influence-insurance-covers\/","title":{"rendered":"How sanction influence insurance covers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9071\" src=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/ALCO20130019-How-sanction-influence-insurance-covers.pdf\">ENG<\/a> &nbsp;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9071\" src=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/ALCO20130019-How-sanction-influence-insurance-covers_CHN.pdf\">\u4e2d\u6587<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In respect of the current sanction in force, there are three main sanctions regimes in place with the United Nations (UN), the United States (US) and the European Union (EU), all taking measures against Iran as well as some individual countries.<\/p>\n<p>The goods, services and entities sanctions encompass are primarily as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Military and nuclear program related goods, dual use goods, goods that could be used for internal repression, key items for the oil, gas and petrochemical trades, gold, precious metals and diamonds, telecommunications monitoring equipment, key naval equipment and technology for shipbuilding, graphite, raw or semi-finished materials (such as aluminium and steel) and software for certain industrial processes.<br \/>Crude oil, petroleum products, petrochemicals products and natural gas.<br \/>Goods and services that support Iran&#8217;s oil production and refining business and\/or petroleum resources.<br \/>Providing services (such as shipping, banking &amp; insurance) that support such trade.<br \/>Persons and companies designated under the various sanctions regimes.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: ALCO20130019 How sanction influence insurance covers.pdf.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #022469;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u5236\u88c1\u5bf9\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u76ee\u524d\u6267\u884c\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u6b27\u76df\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ec4\u7ec7\/\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u90fd\u5728\u9488\u5bf9\u4f0a\u6717\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u522b\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u65bd\u5236\u88c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u53d7\u5236\u88c1\u8d27\u7269\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u5b9e\u4f53\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u519b\u4e8b\u548c\u6838\u8ba1\u5212\u76f8\u5173\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u519b\u6c11\u4e24\u7528\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5185\u90e8\u9547\u538b\u7684\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u77f3\u6cb9\u3001\u6c7d\u6cb9\u548c\u77f3\u5316\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u5173\u952e\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u9ec4\u91d1\uff0c\u8d35\u91d1\u5c5e\u548c\u94bb\u77f3\uff0c\u7535\u4fe1\u76d1\u63a7\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u91cd\u8981\u6d77\u519b\u8bbe\u5907\u53ca\u9020\u8239\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u77f3\u58a8\uff0c\u539f\u6599\u6216\u534a\u6210\u54c1\u6750\u6599\uff08\u5982\u94dd\u94c1\uff09\u53ca\u7528\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u8f6f\u4ef6\u3002<br \/>\u539f\u6cb9\u3001\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u77f3\u5316\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14<br \/>\u652f\u6301\u4f0a\u6717\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u7cbe\u70bc\u4e1a\u52a1\u548c\/\u6216\u77f3\u6cb9\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u548c\u670d\u52a1<br \/>\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8d38\u6613\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52a1\uff08\u5982\u822a\u8fd0\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u7b49\uff09<br \/>\u4e0d\u540c\u5236\u88c1\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7279\u522b\u6307\u660e\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN In respect of the current sanction in force, there are three main sanctions regimes in place with the United Nations (UN), the United States (US) and the European Union (EU), all taking measures against Iran as well as some individual countries.
