Somehow over few hundreds of such containers has been abandoned at various discharge ports in China, carriers have no way but to dispose them on their own in order to free up the containers for next business. Besides that, carriers have to pursue recovery for the unpaid ocean freight, demurrage and detention from shippers.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: ALCO20130024 Mis-declaration of rubber tyres as rubber compounds.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #022469;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u5e9f\u65e7\u8f6e\u80ce\u7684\u5931\u5b9e\u7533\u62a5<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u83b7\u6089\u90e8\u5206\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u4f2a\u62a5\u4e3a\u70bc\u80f6\u7684\u8ba2\u8231\uff0c\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u8d27\u7269\u4e3a\u5e9f\u65e7\u8f6e\u80ce\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u67d0\u79cd\u672a\u77e5\u539f\u56e0\u76ee\u524d\u6709\u6570\u767e\u4e2a\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u88ab\u5f03\u7f6e\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e2f\u53e3\u4e2d\uff0c\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u628a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e9f\u65e7\u8f6e\u80ce\u5904\u7406\u6389\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u817e\u51fa\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\uff0c\u4f9b\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u822a\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u8fd8\u8981\u5411\u53d1\u8d27\u4eba\u8ffd\u8ba8\u672a\u4ed8\u7684\u8fd0\u8d39\u3001\u6ede\u671f\u8d39\u548c\u6ede\u7bb1\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN Recently it came to our attention that several carriers have received bookings disguised as rubber compound where the actual commodity is used tyres instead.
