It depends on the clause wordings of the Marine Cargo Insurance policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is common that Institute Cargo Clauses (A) &#8211; 1\/1\/82 (herein referred to as &#8220;ICC(A)&#8221; ) is adopted in the Marine Cargo Insurance policy. As per ICC (A), it covers all risks of loss of or damage to the insured cargoes, which means the loss of or damage to insured cargoes arising from piracy attack are covered.
