It depends on the clause wordings of the Marine Cargo Insurance policy.<\/p>\n<p>It is common that Institute Cargo Clauses (A) &#8211; 1\/1\/82 (herein referred to as &#8220;ICC(A)&#8221; ) is adopted in the Marine Cargo Insurance policy. As per ICC (A), it covers all risks of loss of or damage to the insured cargoes, which means the loss of or damage to insured cargoes arising from piracy attack are covered. Although &#8220;capture, seizure, arrest, restraint or detainment&#8221; are excluded in exclusion clause 6.2, piracy risk is excepted in this clause.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: ALCO20130031 Is Piracy risk covered by the Marine Cargo Insurance.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #022469;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u6d77\u76d7\u98ce\u9669\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u4e2d\u5417\uff1f<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u5c11\u8d27\u4e3b\u5173\u5fc3\u4ed6\u4eec\u6295\u4fdd\u7684\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u662f\u5426\u4fdd\u969c\u56e0\u6d77\u76d7\u88ad\u51fb\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u706d\u5931\u6216\u635f\u574f\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5230\u4e9a\u4e01\u6e7e\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u6d0b\u6216\u4e2d\u4e1c\u7b49\u7684\u6d77\u76d7\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u533a\u7684\u822a\u6b21\u3002\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u5355\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u63aa\u8f9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u5355\u91c7\u7528\u534f\u4f1a\u8d27\u7269\u6761\u6b3e(A) &#8211; 1\/1\/82\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0ICC(A)\u6761\u6b3e\uff09\u3002\u6839\u636eICC(A)\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u6295\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u706d\u5931\u6216\u635f\u574f\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u56e0\u6d77\u76d7\u88ad\u51fb\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6295\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u706d\u5931\u6216\u635f\u574f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u9664\u5916\u6761\u6b3e6.2\u6392\u9664\u4e86&#8221;\u6355\u83b7\u3001\u6263\u62bc\u3001\u6263\u7559\u3001\u62d8\u7981\u6216\u7f81\u62bc&#8221; \uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6d77\u76d7\u98ce\u9669\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6b64\u9879\u9664\u5916\u6761\u6b3e\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN Some cargo owners concern about whether the Marine Cargo Insurance arranged could cover the loss of or damage to cargoes arising from Piracy attack, especially for the voyages to the Piracy high risks area like Gulf of Aden, Indian Ocean or Middle East.
