In addition the Notice provides details of the 48 hour reporting requirement for vessels which are non-compliant with these regulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Bulletin 846.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u7f5a\u6b3e\u53ca\u6709\u5173\u5df4\u62ff\u9a6c\u8fd0\u6cb3\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a-\u5df4\u62ff\u9a6c<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px;\">\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u8fd1\u671f\u6536\u5230\u6765\u81ea\u534f\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u7684\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u672a\u9075\u5b88\u5df4\u62ff\u9a6c\u8fd0\u6cb3\u6709\u5173\u6865\u697c\u7532\u677f\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u88ab\u5904\u4ee5\u7f5a\u6b3e\u5e76\u5ef6\u8bef\u4e86\u8fd0\u6cb3\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u63d0\u9192\u534f\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u6ce8\u610f\u5df4\u62ff\u9a6c\u8fd0\u6cb3\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8(ACP)\u4e8e2011\u5e748\u6708\u53d1\u5e03\u7684A-16-2011\u53f7\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5185\u5bb9\u6d89\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6865\u697c\u7532\u677f\u6307\u6325\u4f4d\u7f6e\u7684\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u8fd8\u8be6\u7ec6\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8239\u8236\u572848\u5c0f\u65f6\u4e4b\u524d\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px;\"><strong style=\"padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px;\">&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN The Club has recently received reports from Members regarding the recent strict imposition of fines and delays to the canal transit, due to the non-compliance with the Panama Canal Regulations concerning bridge deck visibility.
