To this end the US EPA recently issued guidelines on actions to be taken if fuel oil, of a compliant grade, is not available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">The Guidance, issued along with this bulletin, gives details of the following;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"border: 0px;
