In a recent case, Alpha Marine Corporation v M. L. Z. Co Ltd (The “Smart”) – QBD (Comm Ct) (Butcher J) [2021] EWHC 1157 (Comm) – 5 May 2021, where it was decided that there is no implied term restricting the Owners to intercept freight directly from sub-charterers (voyage charterer).
The bills were owners’ bills and contained or evidenced a contract between the owners and shippers.

5月5日，Alpha Marine Corporation v M. L. Z. Co Ltd (The “Smart”) – QBD (Comm Ct) (Butcher J) [2021] EWHC 1157 (Comm)一案作出判决，高院认为租约中没有默示条款限制船东直接从下租家（航次租船人）截取转租运费的权利。
