A Houthi strike against Liberia-flagged bulk carrier TUTOR on 12 June off the Red Sea port of Hodeidah is reported to have flooded its engine room, disabled the vessel and forcing its crew to abandon it. The vessel was reportedly struck by a waterborne drone (“WBIED”) with two dummies mounted on it. One crew member is missing and presumed deceased in the engine room.
