根据此前我司发布的通函 ALCO 2025/0002 及欧盟于 2025 年 2 月 24 日发布的对俄罗斯的第 16 轮制裁决议，我司对 ALCO 2025/0002通函中常用货物清单进行了更新;并依据最新发布的文件总结了以下新增的涉俄制裁相关信息。

In accordance with ALCO circular (ALCO Ref.: 2025/0002) and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/389 of 24 February 2025 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine issued on 24 February 2025, we have revised and updated the Frequently Asked Cargo List (for reference only) for client’s further reference. Meanwhile, we have also concluded the following information in terms of EU 16th Sanction Package on Russian for your information.
