UNITED STATES ISSUES UPDATED VENEZUELA GENERAL LICENSE 40C, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING THE EXPORTATION OR REEXPORTATION OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS TO VENEZUELA
This Circular provides information in conjunction with US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”)’s recent extension of General License 40C which authorizes certain transactions involving the exportation or re-exportation of liquefied petroleum gas to Venezuela.
