我司于2014年11月及2015年2月发布通函，告知客户《内罗毕国际船舶残骸清除公约》将于2015年4月14日生效。本文重申，公约有关保险证书的要求是针对所有300总吨或以上，在缔约国注册，或进入或驶离缔约国领海的船舶的注册船东。船舶保险证书需满足公约对保险安排的要求。船东需取得缔约国证书，证明相关保险已安排妥善。

Quick Guidelines on Nairobi Convention
Our Circular dated (November 2014 and February 2015) informed all the Andrew Liu’s clients that the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks (“Convention”) comes into force on 14 April 2015. This additional Circular reiterates the requirements in relation to Insurance certificate that is required for all registered owners of ships of 300 gross tonnage or more registered in a State party or entering or leaving a port in the territory of a State party to the Convention. This insurance certificate will need insurance cover arrangements that meet the requirements of the Convention, and a certificate from a State party attesting that such insurance is in force.
