近日，乌克兰政府已出台了两项法律，一项是针对个人实施的特别出入境手续，另一项是关闭克里米亚港口。不论本国居民或外国公民，如要从克里米亚前往乌克兰或者离开乌克兰前往克里米亚都必须办理特别的出入境手续。鉴于克里米亚的控制权已经移交俄罗斯，目前尚未清楚关闭克里米亚港口会带来什么实际性影响。

Ukrainian situation Update
This notice further updates the ongoing situation in Ukraine and Crimea. Owners should pay more attention of the potential risks if vessel is going to call ports in Ukraine after calling ports in Crimea.
Recently, the Ukrainian government has passed laws regarding the special entry procedures for persons and the closure of the ports in Crimea. All Nationals and foreign citizens who wish to enter or depart the Ukraine to and from Crimea will be under special entry procedures. The practical ports measure is in doubt due to the handover of the operational control of Crimea to Russia.
