我们在此提醒客户朋友们注意，《空气污染管制(远洋船舶)(停泊期间所用燃油)条例》(以下称“条例”)自2015年7月1日起生效。所有停靠香港的远洋船舶在禁制期间必须使用合规格燃油。
合规格燃油指：
a) 低硫船用燃油(以重量计，含硫量不超过0.5%)；
b) 液化天然气；或
c) 当局认可的，至少可以如低硫船用燃油一般有效地减少二氧化硫的排放的任何燃油。

Mandatory Low Sulphur Fuel Regulations – Hong Kong
We would like to remind our clients that the Air Pollution Control (Ocean Going Vessels) (Fuel at Berth) Regulation (the “Regulation”) is coming into force on 1st July 2015. All ocean going vessels (OGV), berthing at Hong Kong shall use compliant fuel during the prohibition period.
Compliant fuel is defined as:
a)Low sulphur marine fuel (with sulphur content not exceeding 0.5% by weight);
b)Liquefied natural gas; or
c)Any fuel that the Authority may approve as effectively reducing the emissions of sulphur dioxide to a level at least as low as the low sulphur marine fuel.
