战争风险评估委员会 (Joint War Committee) 于2013年6月12日最新修改了船舶战争、海盗行为、恐怖主义和相关高风险除外海域清单。

新增： 多哥
修改： 几内亚湾，仅限于多哥海域、北纬3度以北的贝宁和尼日利亚专属经济区
删除： 格鲁吉亚
             巴厘巴板(婆罗洲东南)包括25海里水域
             苏门答腊，北纬5度40分与0度48分之间的东北部海岸

具体生效时间由各保险人分别决定。

Hull War, Piracy, Terrorism and Related Perils Listed Areas

The Joint War Committee has recently reviewed the Listed Areas, last altered 12th June 2013, and has agreed the following change which is incorporated in the new list as attached.

Added:      Togo
Amended:Gulf of Guinea, but only the waters of the Togolese, Beninese and Nigerian Exclusive Economic Zones north of Latitude 3° N
Deleted:    Georgia
                   Balikpapan (SE Borneo) including waters out to 25 nautical miles
                   Sumatera, north eastern coast between 5° 40′ N and 0° 48′ N

The application of this list on individual contracts will be a matter for specific negotiation.
