从2015年9月1日开始到2015年11月30日，东京海事部门和巴黎备忘录港口国检查将联合开展“关于船员对进入密闭空间熟悉程度”的集中检查。
此次集中检查旨在确保船舶采取有效的程序和措施，保证船员进入船上密闭空间以及作业的安全，并检查船舶是否达到《国际海上人命安全公约》的要求。

Port State Control Concentrated Inspection Campaign
There will be a joint Concentrated Inspection Campaign on Crew Familiarization for Enclosed Space Entry on 1 September 2015 to 30 November 2015 by the Maritime Authorities of the Tokyo and the Paris Memoranda of Understanding on Port State Control.
The Inspection Campaign aims to ensure the effective procedures and measures are in place to safeguard seafarers on board ships when entering and working in enclosed space. It also aims to check the compliance with the applicable requirement of the SOLAS Convention.
