Flooding in Australia and Force Majeure （from Charterers）
Severe flooding in Australia is causing disruption to resource and other commodity production and may make it difficult or impossible for exporters to keep up supply. This in turn may cause shippers to terminate, suspend or delay their obligations under charter parties for the carriage of these cargoes.
