我司在此提醒各位租家客户，若在保单中有关于签发提单的保证条款，作为被保险人的租家需要签发提单或运输单据时，必须提前通知保赔协会。一般而言，在大多数情况下，保赔协会将收取附加保费。如果租家很肯定得知所有或一些航次需签发租家提单，那么在承保入会之时就应告知保赔协会，以获得适合的保单条款。

Charterers’ Liability – Bills of lading
We would like to remind our charterers client that the Clubs should be notified in advance when there is warranty in the cover. In most cases, additional premium will be attached, when the charterers as assured issue and/or sign bills of lading and/or transport documents. If the charterers know for sure that they will issue Charterer’s bill for all or some the voyages, they have to declare this to the Clubs when placing cover so that the Club’s cover can be properly reflected.
