协会近日收到有关在阿根廷海关申报的最新消息。
继2014年3月7日发布的第949号防损公告后，协会又获悉，不申报“使用过的润滑油”可能被视为违反阿根廷海关条例。
协会咨询了阿根廷当地精通海关事务的律师。该律师认为，尽管使用过的物品一般不需载明在物料清单上，但为了避免在阿根廷海关遇到不必要的麻烦，“使用过的润滑油”也应进行申报。

Stores List Declaration Update – Argentina
The Association has been advised of some further issues regarding customs declarations in Argentina.
Further to our Bulletin 949 issued on 7th March 2014, we have been informed that failing to declare “used lub-oil” might be considered an infringement of Argentine customs code.
We have consulted with a local lawyer, who is an expert in customs matters. His opinion is that even though used items should not be generally declared in the ship’s stores list, in order to avoid problems with Argentine Customs, “used lub-oil” should be declared.
