会员已从国际保赔协会集团发布的有关防污条例的常见问题解答中获悉，船东需与特定港口的船舶污染清除单位(以下简称SPROs)签订船舶污染清除协议。附件为2012年7月31日最新公布的SPROs名单，供您参考。

本次公布的最新名单中包括几家新批准的单位，分别位于辽宁、天津和浙江。并将”营口港清洗舱有限公司”的能力等级从二级升为一级。所有修改部分用黄色标出，以便会员查看。

Chinese Pollution Regulations – Updated List of SPROs (31 July 2012)

Members will be aware from the International Group FAQs on Chinese Pollution Regulations that Owners will need to contract with a Ship Pollution Response Organisation (SPRO) for their pollution response in a particular port in China. For the latest translated list of SPROs as of 31 July 2012.

The updated list has been released to include several newly approved SPROs respectively located in Liaoning, Tianjin and Zhejiang and to upgrade one of the Level Two SPROs in the previous list (released on 26 April 2012), named “China Yingcou Port Tanker Cleaning Co., Ltd.” , to the First Level. All of the revisions/additions on the list have been highlighted in yellow to assist Members.
