尽管2012年1月COSTA CONCORDIA号邮轮在意大利吉廖岛外海域倾覆已有2年之久，但因此造成史无前例的相关索赔，直到2013年仍然对保赔业造成极大的影响。将邮轮残骸打捞并转移到某一港口进行拆船所需要的独特而复杂的操作，持续引发媒体和市场的关注和猜测。预计2014应该可以完成残骸作业并将船舶交付目的地拆船。

International Group – Annual Review – 2013/14
The International Group Annual Review 2013/14 was published recently. The Review covers many of the key activities undertaken by the Group during the last P&I policy year and includes summaries of the work carried out by a number of its Working Groups on a range of topical issues, including the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 and Solid Bulk Cargo Liquefaction. Executive Officer’s Statement
Although over two years have elapsed since the capsize of the COSTA CONCORDIA off Giglio in January 2012, the unprecedented level of associated claims which it generated has remained the dominant interest of the P&I industry throughout 2013. The unique and complex operation to parbuckle and right the vessel, and prepare her for delivery to a port for scrapping, has continued to be the subject of media and market interest and speculation. 2014 should see the completion of the wreck removal operations and the delivery of the vessel to a destination for scrapping.
