MLC – Updated International Group FAQs Published
The International Group has recently published some revised FAQs on the Maritime Labour Convention (2006). Reflecting the issues and experiences that Clubs have encountered in dealing with MLC matters, the FAQs are intended to provide Members with guidance and information on the Convention, the important 2014 Amendments and how the Clubs’ certification operates.
