However, due to increased security measures at Ukrainian ports and terminals, it is taking longer than normal for port security passes to be issued. Therefore, surveyors’ attendances should be arranged at least 2-3 days in advance.

俄罗斯和乌克兰的紧张局势如箭在弦，但据报道，所有乌克兰港口都正常运营。
由于乌克兰港口和码头在安全措施上有所增加，使得签发港口安全通行证所需的时间比以往多得多。因此，需要安排检验员登船的船舶应至少提前2-3天。
