As part of an industry wide effort to ensure higher ship standards, the International Group of P&I Clubs is continuing with its implementation of survey triggers for seagoing vessels 10 years of age or older carrying HFO.
As a result, all sea-going vessels 10 years or older, which have carried heavy HFO as cargo within the previous 12 months, will be subject to condition survey.

IG协会对运载重油（HFO）的油轮执行状况检验的要求
作为确保船舶维持更高标准的举措之一，国际保赔协会集团（IG协会）对船龄10岁或以上装载过重油（HFO）货物的油轮继续执行状况检验的要求。
因此，所有船龄10岁或以上的远洋船舶，如果在过去12个月内有运载重油HFO货物，需要接受一次状况检验。
