The Joint War Committee (JWARC) has recently reviewed the Listed Areas, and has agreed the following changes which are incorporated in the new list as attached on 25th April 2023.

Sea of Azov and Black Sea Waters plus inland waters as defined overleaf:
2) All inland waters of Ukraine, including inland waters within Crimea and other Ukrainian territories under Russian control
3) Inland waters of Russia within the following areas:
a. River Don, from Sea of Azov to vertical line at 41° E
b. River Donets, from River Don to Ukraine border
The effective date is decided by each underwriter respectively.

新增：

亚速海、黑海水域及内陆水域定义如下：
2）乌克兰所有内陆水域，包括克里米亚和俄罗斯控制下的其他乌克兰领土内的内陆水域
3）俄罗斯内陆水域如下：
a.顿河，从亚速海至东经41度垂线
b.顿涅茨河，从顿河到乌克兰边界
具体生效时间由各保险人分别决定。
