As of May 1, 2023, vessels over 125 feet (38.1 meters) in length intending to transit the Panama Canal will be required to submit the following information to the Panama Canal Authority:
1. The International Energy Efficiency Certificate (IEEC) and its supplemental Record of Construction issued by the vessel’s classification society.
2. The ratio of the bow thruster horsepower/arrival displacement of the vessel.
3. Vessels must submit the bunker delivery note (BDN) of the fuel to be consumed during transit.

巴拿马运河实施船舶绿色分级制度
自2023年5月1日起，所有长度超过125英尺（38.1米）的船舶通过巴拿马运河将被要求向巴拿马运河管理局提交以下信息：
1. 船舶船级社签发的“国际能效证书（IEEC）”及其补充记录。
2. 船艏侧推器的马力和船舶排水量的比值。
3. 船舶通过运河所消耗的燃油交付单（BDN）。
