ENG    CHN     Guidance on ECDIS for ships calling at Australian ports

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has published Marine Notice 7/2017 Guidance on ECDIS for Ships calling at Australian Ports.

With the requirement for all Officers of the Watch to be trained in the use of ECDIS having come into force at the beginning of 2017 with the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW. There has been a rise of checking of ECDIS use and understanding by PSC Authorities.

澳大利亚海事局发布《电子海图显示与信息系统》指南

澳大利亚海事局(AMSA)发布第7/2017号海事通告，船舶停靠澳大利亚港口的《电子海图显示与信息系统》指南。

随着2010年马尼拉修正案正式并入《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》(STCW)，自2017年初开始，所有值班驾驶员必须接受《电子海图显示与信息系统》 (ECDIS)培训。港口国监督机关也加强了检查船上船员对该系统的使用情况和熟悉程度。
