The Association has been advised of a case of ship being arrested in Ukraine following a call of that vessel to a Crimean port.
Vessels calling in Crimea have been monitored by various governmental and non-governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Border Police and the Public Monitoring Committee. Calls to ports in the occupied and annexed by Russia Crimea are considered criminal offense according to the new article 332-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

船舶停靠克里米亚港口被扣 – 乌克兰
协会收到通知，有船舶在靠泊乌克兰克里米亚港口时被扣。
靠泊于克里米亚港口的船舶均受到乌克兰基础设施建设部、边防警察及公众监督委员会等各政府以及非政府机构的监控。根据乌克兰新修订刑法第332条第1款，船舶进入俄方克里米亚占领兼并区的港口即被视为犯罪行为。
