We have been advised that on 6 November OW applied for restructuring in Denmark. This was followed closely by a bankruptcy application on 7 November after its bankers withdrew support. The following OW companies appear to have gone into insolvency and two (2) trustees in bankruptcy have been appointed in that jurisdiction:
