国际保赔协会已经批准Electronic Shipping Solutions电子交易系统的最新版本DSUA2013.1，于提单及运货单上亦能使用。DSUA2013.1于2013年3月18日起生效。
2010年2月前，所有国际保赔协会的规则排除了在使用所有传统交易系统下（即用纸张）不会产生而在使用电子交易系统中（包括Bolero和ESS）才会出现的责任。

Electronic (Paperless) Trading Systems Bolero International Limited (Bolero) and Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS)
The International Group of P&I Clubs (the Group) have approved an updated version, namely DSUA 2013.1, of ESS electronic trading system, it enables electronic trading both in respect of bills of lading and waybills. DSUA 2013.1 has come into effect since 18.
Until February 2010, the Rules of all IG Clubs specifically excluded the liabilities in respect of the carriage of cargo under all electronic trading systems (including Bolero and ESS) to the extent that the liabilities under such systems would not have arisen under a traditional paper system.
