In May 2013, the UK P&I Club, Lloyd’s Register and Intercargo produced a pocket guide for ship’s officers and agents who arrange solid bulk cargoes for loading.
The Club is happy to announce that the pocket checklist is now available in Chinese.
When bulk cargoes shift, liquefy, catch fire or explode as a consequence of poor loading procedures, the consequences can be massive. Ships may capsize, lose stability or sustain severe structural damage.Such happenings enhance the risks – and the occurrence – of death, injury, insurance claims, operational delay and considerable expense.

固体散装货物的安全运载 – 中文译本
2013 年5 月，UK 保赔协会、劳氏船级社和国际干散货船东协会向安排固体散货装运的船上人员和代理发布了一本手册。
协会高兴地宣布这本手册现已发布中文版。
当散货因为装载不当而移位、液化、着火或爆炸，可造成很严重的后果。船舶可能会倾覆、失去稳定性或遭受严重的结构损坏。这会增加发生死亡、伤害、保险索赔、操作性迟延等事件的危险，并会造成大笔的费用。
