The Paris, Toyko and Black Sea MoUs will launch a three-month campaign starting in September to verify deck and engine room watchkeeper hours of rest under the Manila amendments of Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping.
This inspection campaign will be held for three months, commencing from 1 September 2014 and ending on 30 November 2014.
The deck and engine room watchkeepers’ hours of rest will be verified in more detail for compliance with the mentioned scope of the CIC during a regular Port State Control inspection conducted under the regional ship selection criteria within the Paris, Tokyo MoU and Black Sea regions.

集中检查活动
巴黎、东京和黑海谅解备忘录成员国将从2014年9月份起开展为期3个月的检查活动，主要围绕《海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》（马尼拉修订案）规定的甲板和机舱值班人员休息时间问题进行检查。
本次检查活动将持续3个月，自2014年9月1日起至2014年11月30日。
为符合前述集中检查活动的要求，根据巴黎、东京谅解备忘录成员国以及黑海地区船舶选择标准所进行的常规港口国监督检查中会对甲板和机舱值班人员的休息时间进行更为仔细的检查。
