Upon application by STX PO, the Korean Court has issued the comprehensive injunction and preservation order. The effectiveness of the preservation order is to prohibit the debtor from disposing of its assets, making payments for existing debts or borrowing money without court approval (this means that STX PO will not be able to make any hire/freight payments without first obtaining court approval) and by the comprehensive stay order, all or specific administrative or judicial proceedings against the debtor will be stayed (this means that the creditors will not be able to enforce their claims against the assets of STX PO within Korea). However, the stay order may not affect enforcement against any assets of STX PO outside of Korea, subject to whether the foreign Court will recognize the order of the Korean Court

韩国法院目前根据 STX PO 的申请，发出了全面禁令以及保护令。保护令的效力主要是保护债务人在没有法院批准的情况下财产可以免于处分，已存在的债务可以免于支付（这意味着 STX PO 将不能支付任何租金和运费，除非得到法院的批准）。而全面禁令的发出则意味着任何针对债务人的行政行为和司法程序都将被禁止（这意味着债权人将不能够在韩国境内强制执行任何针对 STX PO 的索赔）。但是，全面禁令和保护令不会对债权人在韩国境外针对 STX PO 采取的行为产生影响，除非外国的法院承认韩国法院的禁令和保护令的效力。
