New EU measures prohibiting exports of jet fuel and fuel additives to Syria were adopted by the Council.
Council Decision 2014/901/CFSP prohibits the sale, supply, transfer or export of jet fuel and additives specifically formulated for jet fuel to Syria by nationals of Member States, or from the territories of Member States, or using their flag vessels or aircraft, whether originating or not in their territories.
The decision bans financing or financial assistance, as well as insurance and reinsurance or brokering services, related to any sale, supply, transfer or export of jet fuel and additives.

欧盟禁售航空煤油 – 叙利亚
欧盟议会发布新决议，禁止向叙利亚出口航空煤油及燃油添加剂。
欧盟议会第2014/901/CFSP号决议，禁止成员国任何个人，或从成员国境内，或用悬挂成员国国旗的船舶或飞机，向叙利亚出售、供应、转让或出口航空煤油及其添加剂等(无论产地是否在成员国境内)。
决议还禁止向出售、供应、转让或出口航空煤油及其添加剂等商业行为提供资金或资助、保险以及再保险或者代理服务等。
