The Association has recently been advised of an incident involving a fake boarding permission letter.
The incident occurred at an anchorage off Apapa, Nigeria. A small boat approached a vessel at anchor and passed a letter to the crew on deck, stating that they were allowed to board. After making some inquiries, the Master confirmed that the letter was not genuine and notified the local authorities.

虚假登轮许可函 – 尼日利亚
协会近日获悉一起涉及虚假登轮许可函的事件。
事件发生在尼日利亚阿帕帕港(Apapa)的一个锚地。当时，一艘小船靠近停泊在锚地的大船边上，并向船员呈递了一份登轮许可函，称其已得到许可登船。经询问，船长确认该信函为伪造，并报告当地主管机关。
